Meet Sherry Ann
Sherry Ann Tulloch is Principal Owner of M&O Marketing Consultants. With a B.A. in Spanish Literature and Languages and a M.A. in English (minor in Creative Writing) from the State University of New York at Stony Brook, Sherry Ann brings 24 years of experience working with teams to win major proposals and presentations for projects across the Eastern seaboard, to include departments of transportation (DOTs) in New York, New Jersey, Connecticut, Virginia, the Carolinas, Georgia, Florida, Illinois,
Her passion for the industry is second to none. In fact, she’s most happy when helping teams position for and win pursuits…regardless of size. Maybe it’s her competitive nature and the fact that she just hates to lose at anything, she gets a true rush when thinking about ways to unseat the competition and the opportunity to work in creative environments to implement those ideas. Sherry Ann is also big on working with teams to find innovative ways to present a technical approach or understanding through focused messaging to ensure the win.
In her spare time, Sherry Ann likes to kick asphalt with her fellow sole sisters. Since 2013, she’s completed 10 half marathons, as well as countless 10k and 5k races across several states. She is married with two children: a teenage girl who lives for lacrosse, journalism, and debating everyone and everything; and a 12-year-old boy who loves all things basketball, robotics, and watching his favorite YouTube stars on repeat.
Sherry Ann maintains her involvement in the industry as a proud member of the Women’s Transportation Seminar (WTS) Central Florida Chapter’s Scholarship and Programs Committees. She is also the Co-Founder of Women of Color in the A/E/C, an organization focused on educating students in under-served communities about the vast array of opportunities that exist in our industry, as well as encouraging the importance of community service through active engagement. In addition, she was selected as one of four professionals to participate as a panel speaker for the lunchtime keynote session during the 2018 SMPS Level Up Spring Education event. This marquee event targets professional services marketing professionals in the Central Florida area, providing motivation and education geared toward advancing the industry.
